Do Simple Best
If you can’t get into shape, constant issues, overweight, unhealthy, unhappy, anxious, depressed the list goes on.. most likely you have two problems.
#1 You overthink and overcomplicate everything!
#2 You believe you’re something that you’re not and you live by that label!
Health is simple, not easy.
Here’s how to attack it.
Address the truth, the reality of your situation first, that step 1.
Step 2 time for brutal honesty, what problems do you struggle with?
Step 3 now its time to take full responsibility for your situation. You can always blame the world, or the enemy..or whatever makes you feel better but the reality is you can’t control illness, death, hardship but you can control the way you view it!
As someone who has been through hell and back with chronic illness I will tell you this.
I am not sick, I am not a victim and I will be 100% again. Some days do I have pain, yes. Do I believe all things must come as end if all action lines up in accordance to the primary goal..also yes.
You my friend, you’re not sick, you’re not incapable, you’re not depressed, you don’t have anxiety..you are just YOU.
Claiming that energy is your first mistake.
Now how do we fix this.
The last and final step.
Write down everything you want in life, everything that matters, sit with it, think on it and then start living within your activity and character values according to the life and the version of you that you want to achieve.
Its simple. Question is..
Are you willing to start being the creator of your own reality or do you prefer to play victim?
